School Photographer Data Protection

Astracolour are our School Photographer.  They take individual photos of pupils annually in the Autumn Term and class photos annually in the Spring/Summer term.  Year 6 Leavers' photos are also taken in the Spring/Summer term.  Proofs of these photos are provided to parents/carers with an option to purchase photos online.  The following documents explain all the data protection in place regarding these photographs:
